How to schedule a meeting with the AdsWizard team

Need personalized guidance on using AdsWizard, preparing a pitch, or addressing a specific question?
You can easily book time with the AdsWizard team.


Book a meeting

There are several ways to schedule a meeting with us:

1. Using our online booking link

Use the booking link shared by our team (for example in emails, signatures, or presentation documents).

  1. Click the booking link

  2. Select the meeting type that matches your needs (demo, onboarding, follow-up, etc.)

  3. Choose an available time slot

  4. Enter your details (name, company, email) and provide brief context for your request

  5. Confirm your booking

You’ll receive a confirmation email with the video call link.

2. From an email conversation with the AdsWizard team

If you’re already in contact with us by email:

  1. Reply directly to the email indicating that you’d like to schedule a meeting

  2. Suggest a few time slots or ask for our booking link

We’ll either confirm a time directly or send you a scheduling link so you can choose what works best.


Reschedule or cancel a meeting

If you can no longer attend:

  1. Open your meeting confirmation email

  2. Click the Reschedule or Cancel Meeting link (if available)

  3. Choose a new time slot or confirm cancellation

If needed, you can also reply directly to our email to let us know.


How to prepare for your meeting

To make the session as helpful as possible, we recommend sharing a bit of context in advance:

  • Your brand, market, or industry

  • Whether you’d like to focus on a specific client or pitch

  • Your priority questions (data, platforms, filters, reports, etc.)

This helps us tailor the session to your needs and provide more actionable recommendations during the call.
